Dallas Windows and Gutter Cleaning

"First Last year We found Mike’s reviews impressive. We needed gutters cleaned on a home with both 1 and 2 stories. Mike gave me a very fair quote, came on time the very next day. He and his son were very thorough, efficient and very pleasant. Cleaned the gutters and checked all the downspouts. Plus they were careful and that’s important for two reasons, you never want someone hurt helping you and you don’t want the liability if someone does get hurt. We also talked about his military service and I verified it. I’d heartily recommend Mike. Update THIS YEAR A DIFFERENT company texted me about a month ago. They claimed to be Mike and said that they would be in our neighborhood the following week so I made the mistake of hiring them. A different person showed up than Mike or his son, but he seemed well spoken. He seemed to do a good job on the windows so I let him continue and do the gutters. I however had no way to check if he had done a good job on the gutters and downspouts. We didn’t have much rain after that man did the work until last week when we had really heavy rains, and I saw that several of my downspouts were backed up. I called that company and they told me it was my tough luck because it was more than 30 days from the time they did the work and that was the length of their warranty. of course, in that 30 days, I had no way to have discovered that they had done an incomplete and incompetent job and when I called and asked for the boss on three different occasions, no one ever called me back. Extremely frustrating. So I called Mike Solano and he came the very next business day and sure enough he found that this other company had done a very poor job and that five of the Downspouts were clogged. I am VERY happy to RECOMMEND Mike Solano and his son who have done an excellent job At a very fair price!!!"
